As soon as class ended, Ning Weiyang heard Hu Liena's voice.
Hu Liena had been waiting outside for Ning Weiyang, afraid she might leave on her own.
"I'll take you to lunch. After we eat, you can go back to the dormitory and rest first. Sisi and I have other things to do."
The moment she saw Ning Weiyang, Hu Liena stepped forward and linked arms with her.
She smiled at Ning Weiyang. Ling Sisi stood behind her—a girl with long ice-blue hair. She had gentle features, but her temperament was rather cold, making her seem less approachable.
Pulling Ning Weiyang along, Hu Liena introduced her to Ling Sisi. "We didn't get the chance to meet yesterday. Sisi, this is Weiyang, an exchange student from Heaven Dou Royal Academy."
"Weiyang, let me formally introduce her. Her name is Ling Sisi, and she's my teammate."
Ling Sisi and Ning Weiyang looked at each other.
Ling Sisi extended her hand and said calmly, "Hello."
Ning Weiyang nodded and shook her hand. "Hello, Sister Sisi. You're so pretty!"
Ning Weiyang had a sweet tongue. Hearing that, Ling Sisi's cheeks flushed slightly, and she seemed a little embarrassed.
Because of her family circumstances, Ling Sisi was somewhat reserved. Though she appeared cold as ice toward others, she was actually a very gentle person.
Seeing Ling Sisi becoming a little uncomfortable, Hu Liena spoke up as well. "All right, now that you've met, let's go eat!"
Ning Weiyang nodded with a smile. "Mm-hmm, okay!"
Spirit Hall Academy had only one cafeteria, so there were not many choices.
Ning Weiyang got some simple home-style dishes and sat down with Hu Liena and the others.
Hu Liena divided the meat in her bowl evenly between Ling Sisi and Ning Weiyang.
