The Golden Threads continued to slice, severing the Titan's limbs inch by inch.
Purple-black divine blood splattered across the floor. Zagreus dropped to his knees, his body nearly carved into pieces.
"No... impossible..." With his one remaining eye, he looked at you in terror. "You..."
You walked toward him step by step.
The once-handsome boyish face now held nothing but black killing intent.
Like an asura crawling out of hell.
"Anyone who dares hurt her has to die."
You raised your hand and delivered the final blow—the Titan of Trickery let out one last scream, then fell silent.
"Kitten!"
Cipher's voice suddenly rang out.
"Are... are you okay?"
At her words, your movements halted.
As though you had only just come to your senses, the murderous intent in your Golden Eyes gradually faded, and only then did you realize what you had done.
"I-I'm fine..." You stopped.
The entire prison was deathly silent.
All the rogues stared blankly at the scene, their faces filled with shock and fear.
"That, that kid..."
"He actually... killed a Titan?!"
"Is he even human?"
The one-eyed rogue swallowed. "I heard the God of Trickery was considered one of the weaker Titans... but he can't have been that weak, right?"
"It wasn't that he was weak..." The old rogue's voice trembled. "It was that boy... he's terrifying."
Cipher looked at Zagreus, who had nearly been sliced to pieces, and felt a chill run through her as well.
But she quickly regained her composure, crouching down and taking the Spark of Deceit from Zagreus's shattered chest.
"We did it, Kitten." She turned to you. There was worry in her eyes, but even more trust.
You looked at the Core Flame in her hand and nodded silently.
