Sneak Attack would be good for ambushing people at crucial moments, but that's about it.

Silver Tongue, on the other hand, although it's a blue Trait, doesn't seem to have any usage limits or cooldowns like other Traits. It's more like a passive skill.

Hmm… in terms of practicality, it seems much more useful and frequent than Sneak Attack.
