Background

Wan Keshan graduated from Ziying Academy and ranked third on its Journey Stele, behind Feng Boyong and Ye Yukong. Despite possessing the qualifications to leave Ziying Star, he returned to Luoying City and became a Martial Dao teacher. 121

Thirty years before Li Qingshan's journey to the Crimson Rainbow Continent, Wan Keshan killed Lin Hong—the younger brother of the Lingtian Sect’s young sect master. Wan Keshan maintained that Lin Hong deserved death for killing for pleasure and violating others’ wives and daughters. The incident left Wan Keshan with destroyed acupoints and a shattered golden body, cutting off his Martial Dao path; Feng Boyong’s reputation was what allowed him to leave the continent alive. 164 171 281

He later became Li Qingshan’s teacher at Luoying High School Number One. From Li’s first baseline test, Wan Keshan judged that he alone had even “a sliver” of a chance to reach the New Continent. 5

Personality
