Spirit Hall first becomes involved with Qin He when Su Yuntao discovers his Sacred White Tiger Martial Soul and Innate Full Soul Power. The organization offers him exceptional recruitment terms, but Qin He chooses Notting Academy instead. Salas responds by placing the six-year-old on the A-Level Watchlist. 2 6

Spirit Hall later sends its Golden Generation to Notting Academy for an exchange. Qin He's overwhelming victories against the delegation damage the academy's prestige and draw greater scrutiny from Salas and the Pope's Hall. 13 20 22 26

The organization expands its surveillance of Qin He through reports, embedded agents, and direct observation. Salas places undercover agent Su Longtao in Heaven Dou Royal Academy's entrance examination, while Spirit Hall repeatedly gathers intelligence on Qin He's movements in the Star Dou Great Forest. 90 105 241

Spirit Hall Academy accepts Xiao Chenyu after his apparent defection from Qin He. Unknown to the organization, Xiao Chenyu treats the move as an infiltration assignment; Bibi Dong later reveals that he has gathered intelligence and won over young Spirit Hall experts from within the academy. 76 77 296

Operation Soul Hunt

Before Operation River Hunt, Spirit Hall conducted Operation Soul Hunt, an operation proposed by Bibi Dong. It sought powerful Soul Beasts for her Soul Rings while also targeting major sects that refused to submit. 156

Chrysanthemum Douluo led the attack with dozens of Soul Kings against the Royal Fighting Team. Despite Spirit Hall's overwhelming force, the operation failed after Qin He's intervention; Chrysanthemum Douluo was severely injured and several Soul Kings fell. 162 164 167

Escalation against Qin He

After Qin He subdued the Titan Giant Ape, Spirit Hall escalated from surveillance to a major deployment. Bibi Dong personally mobilized high-level forces, including Golden Alligator Douluo, Thousand Jun Douluo, Subduing Demon Douluo, and a Soul Master troop. 262 265

The organization's repeated failures against Qin He weaken its influence and lead Bibi Dong to acknowledge its declining position. 361 372

Literary Spirit Hall

Bibi Dong later renames Martial Soul Hall Literary Spirit Hall and orders Soul Masters to write works attacking Qin He. Her strategy is based on the belief that Qin He's power is strengthened by public faith and admiration. 385

Spirit Hall also bans the distribution of Qin He's novel Battle Through the Heavens. The ban primarily affects commoner Soul Masters, while major sects retain ways to access the work. 476
