It intervenes when supernatural incidents exceed the capacity of local county offices, such as the Moon Worship Cult’s Qingyang County outpost and the death of the Three-Eyed Demon Ape 14 15.

Its Nan Yan Commandery branch maintains authority over local Demon Slayers, investigates demonic activity, assigns extermination missions, and protects civilians during large-scale crises 19 24.

Qingyang County Investigation

During the Blood Sacrifice Grand Array disaster, the team split duties between searching for the array’s core and containing the citywide outbreak of corrupted civilians and fiends 19.

Black Wind City Operation

After Chu Mengxi and other Demon Slayers were captured by the Wind Fiend Sect, the Division escalated the mission to Four-star status because the Old Demon of Black Wind was believed to be Half-step Dan Yuan Realm 30.

Lin Feng completed the operation alone, killed the Old Demon, freed the captured Demon Slayers, and destroyed the Wind Fiend Sect’s lair. His success led directly to his promotion to Bronze Token Demon Slayer 34 35.

Li Family Confrontation

Li Bantian brought the Li Family to the Division to accuse Lin Feng of killing Li Tianyu, whose possession by a Skin-Peeling Demon had made him the target of a demon-slaying operation 44 45.

When Li Bantian attacked, Lin Feng killed him and declared the execution an enforcement of the Division’s authority. The Silver Token Manager publicly supported this position and ordered the remaining Li Family members detained for interrogation 46.
