By the lake, Seiji sat cross-legged on the ground. Spread out before him was a large scroll—the bloodline scroll recording the Shikotsumyaku-related Kekkei Genkai that he had just summoned with the Summoning Technique.

"Ten Finger Drilling Bullets—the technique Father said I unconsciously used that day must have been this! Gather Chakra in the finger meridians, manipulate osteoclasts to fire the finger bones from all ten fingers as bullets, then manipulate osteoblasts to control calcium concentration and accelerate the formation of new finger bones. With the Shikotsumyaku, finger bones can grow endlessly. Even if all of them are fired, they can be recreated."

"So that's how it is." The scroll's explanation of the technique, along with its methods of use and training, was extremely clear. Following its description, Seiji slowly mobilized the Chakra within his body. Spreading his fingers, he aimed both hands at the lake ahead.

"Shikotsumyaku: Ten Finger Drilling Bullets!"

White finger bones burst from his fingertips and shot rapidly toward the lake.

A huge spray of water erupted where the lake surface was struck. "So powerful!" Seiji exclaimed. "And it seems the power of this move is tied to the intensity of Chakra output. If I control it well enough, I can even fire continuously. Then let's try a higher-output version."

Seiji mobilized nearly half the Chakra in his body, channeling it all along the circulation path described in the scroll and into his fingertips. Then he used Ten Finger Drilling Bullets once more.

Boom!

With an even louder explosion, waves surged more than three meters into the air.

Seiji stared dumbfoundedly at the towering waves on the lake.

"What incredible power..." he muttered.

"Alright, then I'll first learn to fully master Ten Finger Drilling Bullets—control its power and learn continuous fire!"

At the time, neither Genji nor Seiji, whose memories of his past life had yet to awaken, understood this. Or rather, no one in the current Ninja World understood that the bloodline Seiji had awakened was not the ordinary Kekkei Genkai of the Kaguya Clan. During the awakening process, an ancestral reversion had occurred, and he had already begun to display some bloodline traits of his ancient ancestor, Kaguya Otsutsuki.

This was the Otsutsuki Bloodline, far superior in rank to that of the Kaguya Clan. Though it was merely a newborn and exceedingly thin trace of Otsutsuki Bloodline, it nevertheless possessed some Otsutsuki characteristics. As a result, Seiji's talent for Chakra control and learning all manner of techniques was undeniably exceptional.

In just two days, Seiji had already mastered Ten Finger Drilling Bullets to an extremely proficient degree. He could freely control its power and firing speed, and switch at will between single shots and rapid fire.

Seiji could even control it with greater precision than his Kaguya Clan predecessors. He could regulate the number of bone bullets and fire them from a single finger or several fingers independently.

And so, for the next year and a half, Seiji came to the lakeside far from the village every day to train his Chakra and Kekkei Genkai.

Time passed to Year 27 of Kirigakure.

Eight-year-old Seiji had grown to 140 centimeters due to his bloodline awakening, and his physique had improved tremendously as well.

Though he still looked thin and frail on the outside, tremendous strength lay hidden within him and could not be underestimated. Under the effects of the Shikotsumyaku, every joint in his body exuded power. He was like a towering pine in the mountains—resilient and strong.

With day-after-day training and the effects of his bloodline awakening, Seiji's Chakra reserves had reached the level of an Elite Chunin. Though exile had kept him from fighting other ninja, he should have possessed roughly the combat power of a Chunin.

(There was no comparing him to that white-haired guy who graduated at five and became a Chunin at six. His living environment had been far too poor, and the protagonist had awakened far too late. His talent was good, but he had simply gotten too late a start.)

By the lake, the young man danced gracefully. His feet traced mysterious, profound steps as his body moved with the wind. He was like a bird set free—light as the breeze and unfettered as sunlight. Every turn and leap carried an incomparable sense of lightness.

Yet upon closer inspection, the dance was also full of strength and tension. Every movement seemed to store power, and though the steps flowed as smoothly as water, they contained endless killing intent. No one would dare lower their guard in the slightest.

The youth was none other than Seiji, and these dance steps were the Kaguya Clan's secret Shikotsumyaku combat style.

Over the year and a half, relying on his extraordinary talent, Seiji had mastered most of the Shikotsumyaku techniques.

He had completely mastered the four techniques: Dance of the Willow, Dance of the Camellia, Dance of the Larch, and Dance of the Clematis. Though the ultimate technique, Dance of the Seedling Fern, could not yet be used due to his limited Chakra, he had long since memorized its activation method by heart.

Seiji had also fully mastered the two forbidden techniques engraved at the end of the bloodline scroll: Shikotsumyaku: Blood Burning Technique, and Shikotsumyaku: Ash Bone Technique, a technique that gathered all his Chakra and life force in his Blood Burning state for a single strike. He kept them as his life-or-death trump cards.

Shikotsumyaku: Dance of the Willow: It has no fixed moves. Like willow catkins drifting in the wind, it deflects the enemy's attacks before launching a chain of attacks with soft taijutsu devoid of any unnecessary movement, combined with bones.

Shikotsumyaku: Dance of the Camellia: Bone Blades are drawn from both arms to serve as weapons, used alongside precise and supple taijutsu to unleash multiple consecutive attacks.

Shikotsumyaku: Dance of the Larch: By using the Kekkei Genkai to grow dozens of bones from the body, the user gains high defense capable of withstanding impacts while also striking enemies in close combat. The greater the power behind an enemy's taijutsu or charging attack, the more devastating the counterattack becomes, inflicting severe damage upon them.

Shikotsumyaku: Dance of the Clematis: Used in two stages, Vine and Flower. The spine is transformed into a whip-like weapon for attacking and binding enemies. After sealing the enemy's movements, the hardest possible bones form outside the user's hands as spears for attack. It combines control and damage, and its power is immense.

Shikotsumyaku: Dance of the Seedling Fern: A massive amount of Chakra is released, causing sharpened bones to grow continuously from the ground and attack the opponent. The number of bones depends on the scale of the Chakra, and they cover virtually the entire ground like a forest of white bones. It is a terrifying technique that subjects the enemy to all-encompassing attacks, leaving them unable to guard against it. Even if the enemy cannot be defeated with Bone Blades, the user can rapidly move through the grown bone forest to launch attacks.

Shikotsumyaku: Blood Burning Technique: A forbidden technique that affects the user. It burns one's own bloodline and converts it into immense energy to amplify one's techniques. While the technique is active, it can allow an Elite Jonin to gain strength comparable to a Kage. Once the effect ends, however, the user's strength will decline drastically because their bloodline has been burned away.

Shikotsumyaku: Ash Bone Technique: Derived from Kaguya Otsutsuki's All-Killing Ash Bones, it is a degraded technique but still possesses the property of annihilation. It is a life-risking technique engraved into the Kaguya Clan's bloodline. By burning all of one's bloodline power, the user's bloodline temporarily aligns with Kaguya Otsutsuki, condensing all Chakra and life force into a single gray Bone Spike. Any enemy struck by it will die without a special life-saving technique. Likewise, it is a technique that guarantees the user's death after use.

(The Uchiha have Izanagi. Since the Kaguya, descendants of Hamura, could contend with the Uchiha during the Warring States Period, isn't it perfectly reasonable for them to have a weakened version of All-Killing Ash Bones?)
