Jiang Hao carried a bag as he pushed open the door to a café. He swept his gaze around and spotted a middle-aged man sitting in the corner, then walked over.
"Mr. David?" Jiang Hao asked, looking at the man.
The middle-aged man looked at Jiang Hao, a flicker of surprise passing through his eyes before he quickly concealed it. "Mr. Jon?"
"Yes." Jiang Hao sat across from him and smiled. "You're not going to think I'm scamming you just because I look young, are you?"
David shook his head. "No. I've met plenty of young bosses, and many of them were highly accomplished."
This was a man who knew how to talk.
Jiang Hao nodded. "I read your résumé. You've worked as a game planner and department manager at several good gaming companies, and you were listed in the files of a headhunting firm. What, are you dissatisfied with your current job?"
David nodded seriously. "My current job is pretty good, but I want to go further. I think I can show my talents on a bigger stage and make more money."
There was nothing wrong with wanting to make money, as long as one had the ability.
"I'm quite satisfied with your qualifications. I'd like you to become the general manager of my Second Universe game company. The compensation will be salary plus stock options." Jiang Hao named a fairly standard salary and option package, neither too high nor too low.
David cautiously asked, "May I know the company's current situation?"
Jiang Hao spread his hands. "The company has already developed a game. As for everything else, we'll be starting from scratch. You'll need to build the entire company."
