"The newborn vampire army came. There were thirty-eight of them in total, but I didn't see Victoria," Jiang Hao said.

"Thirty-eight? You defeated them? Were your losses heavy?" Jane asked.

"Not really. I made preparations beforehand, so there weren't many losses," Jiang Hao said.

Jane was slightly surprised, but as long as Jiang Hao was safe, she did not care much about anything else. "Victoria really is too cunning. We have to find her. I'll have people continue tracking her down. Jon, since you're fine, I won't go to Forks."
