Jane's expression turned somewhat ugly. Elder Aro noticed it, his gaze fixed tightly on her. Jane knew she could no longer change anything, so she held out her hand.
Elder Aro covered Jane's hand with both of his and examined her memories. Scene after scene flashed through his mind. He saw that man, saw what the two of them had done on the ship, and saw the man transform into a huge dog.
