The two parted.

The Princess was slightly out of breath. She looked at Jiang Hao, her eyes full of reluctance.

"Jon, today was unforgettable. But I think I need to go back. I've been out for too long. My family must be worried sick."

When Princess Anne saw the special security team approaching, she knew her disappearance had alerted her sister. Countless people were probably searching for her.

She had already gone too far today. It was time to return.

Jiang Hao said nothing to stop her. He got on the little motorcycle, and Princess Anne sat behind him, wrapping her arms tightly around his waist and pressing her face against his back.

The road was not short.

Yet they both felt that the journey passed too quickly.

Time seemed to blur past. The motorcycle arrived outside the embassy, and Jiang Hao parked it in an alley beside the building.

"We're here," Jiang Hao said softly.

At his words, Annie tightened her arms around him. She pressed her face to his back and did not move for a long time. Jiang Hao remained still as well.

After quite a while, Princess Anne took a deep breath and got off the motorcycle. The two walked to the mouth of the alley. The lights from the distant embassy slanted into it, and just as Annie was about to cross that line, she suddenly turned around and threw herself into Jiang Hao's arms.

"Thank you, Jon."

"Thank you for the happiness you brought me today. I believe I'll remember it for the rest of my life."

The Princess suddenly pulled away and ran toward the embassy without looking back.

Leaving behind only a beautiful silhouette.

Guards stood outside the embassy. When they saw the Princess return, they immediately and nervously ushered her inside.
