The theater was in chaos. People scattered in panic, screaming as they rushed out the doors. The actors onstage had long since fled. Guards surrounded Liu Xiang to prevent another sneak attack.

Jiang Hao's heart stirred. He whispered to Jiu'er, "I'm going to take a look. Stay here and don't move."
Although Jiu'er was worried, she still nodded. A man had his own reasons for what he did.
The guards hurriedly tried to carry Liu Xiang away. Jiang Hao stood up and shouted, "Wait! You can't carry him like that. You'll kill him."
The moment Jiang Hao spoke, several guns were aimed at him.
