Although there were no teachers in the basketball gym, the school quickly learned what had happened. When the dean of students arrived with two teachers, he was stunned by the sight before him.
The gym was packed with students, most of whom had been called over by classmates to watch the spectacle. They pointed at the two students stuck in the basketball hoops, who were still struggling and screaming nonstop.
"My God, what happened here?" the dean of students asked the nearby students.
The students all talked at once, telling him what had happened. After hearing them out, the dean asked, "Where is the student named Jon?"
"I think he's taking a shower in the locker room," someone said.
The dean was furious. Someone had dared use violence at school and was now leisurely taking a shower. Clearly, he had not taken the matter seriously at all.
He immediately instructed the two teachers to call security for help and get the two guys down. Once they were finally pulled out of the hoops, they collapsed onto the floor, too terrified to get back up. The surrounding students laughed and pointed at them, and the two guys were too humiliated to lift their heads.
More than ten minutes later, Jiang Hao arrived at the dean's office.
"Mr. Williams, you wanted to see me?" Jiang Hao did not look nervous in the slightest.
Mr. Williams stared at Jiang Hao with a grim expression. "Jon, your actions may constitute physical harm against fellow students. This is extremely dangerous behavior. The school will never tolerate students harming one another."
