Colossus walked up to Tremor Man and pulled out a pair of special handcuffs. They were made of super-alloy steel, exceptionally sturdy, and equipped with a device that restricted superpowers. Wearing them could suppress the abilities of most mutants.
That reminded Jiang Hao of the Inhibitor Collar that had nearly killed Deadpool.
Tremor Man could only obediently follow along. When the police outside saw that the criminal had been caught, they swarmed over and escorted him away. Cameramen raised their cameras and snapped furiously at Colossus, Psylocke, and Jiang Hao, while reporters held out microphones and asked questions.
"Colossus, did you capture the robber?"
"May I ask what this robber's name is? Which organization is he from, and what abilities does he have?"
"What is the name of this hero in the red tight suit? He seems to be appearing for the first time. Is he also a member of the X-Men?"
Colossus answered in his booming voice, "That robber is called Tremor Man. He can use super ionic shockwaves. I didn't capture him. Before Psylocke and I entered, he had already been subdued. He did it."
As he spoke, Colossus pointed at Jiang Hao. "His name is Deadpool. He isn't an X-Men member yet. All right, we need to head back. Things are chaotic here, and the police still have a lot of work to do."
After saying that, Colossus took the lead in pushing through the crowd. Jiang Hao grumbled inwardly. This counts as a press conference? He could tell that the X-Men wanted to maintain a good relationship with the media and secure more living space for mutants, but Colossus was terrible at it. They should find a qualified spokesperson.
