Within the Alkali Lake Dam in the Colombian Province stood a massive military base. William Stryker coldly glanced at his son in the wheelchair and said to his assistant, "Push him over."
Inside the base, Stryker had built a Brainwave Control room identical to the one at Xavier's School. He intended to use his son Jason's illusions to control Professor X, then use Brainwave Control to kill every mutant alive and complete the grandest step of his plan.
Turning to Lily, he said, "Lead your people and guard the base. If the X-Men come, stop them."

Lily was a Japanese woman who had undergone genetic modification. She possessed Wolverine's healing ability, as well as indestructible Adamantium Alloy claws.
After pushing Jason into the Brainwave Control room, they found Professor X sitting in a wheelchair with his eyes closed, unconscious. The Brainwave Controller was already on his head. Stryker leaned close to his son's ear and whispered, "Enter his world. Make him find every mutant, then use Brainwave Control to kill them. Kill all mutants!!!"

"Where are you now?" Jiang Hao asked.
"Poland. What's wrong?" Storm asked.
"Is everyone there?"
"Yes. What exactly happened, Wade?"
"Professor X was taken. Someone attacked the school and tried to take the students, but Colossus, Warhead, and I stopped them." Jiang Hao explained everything in detail as he flew. The X-Men aboard the jet were all shocked.
