Jiang Hao had already made inquiries. Although the Hu Family had a residence in Lanxi City, their main estate was not within the city. It was in Hexian Town, eight li east of Lanxi County. The Hu Family's grand residence was built in the mountains outside the town and covered a vast area.
Several of the surrounding mountains were private Hu Family property. The family had decreed that no one was allowed to enter the mountains to fell trees without permission, so the trees on both sides of the stone path leading to the Hu residence were lush and dense.
As Jiang Hao drew closer to the estate, he could already smell a heavy Demonic Aura. He could now be certain that there were demons within the Hu Family—and probably more than one.

"Visit my master? Are you an old acquaintance, or do you have an invitation from my master?" the old man asked.
