Seeing this, Lychee recalled how Young Master had tricked her back then. She had nodded foolishly and muddleheadedly become a servant. It felt so foolish, yet looking back now, she realized just how fortunate she had been.
"Alright, get up. I still don't know your name," Jiang Hao asked Old Turtle.
Old Turtle climbed to his feet and answered respectfully, "Master, Old Turtle gave himself a name. It is Guiyuan."
Guiyuan? Longan?
There had been a Lychee before, and now there was a Longan. Was he planning to open a fruit stall?
"Guiyuan is a good name." Jiang Hao nodded.
"Let me introduce you. This Young Master is surnamed Jiang, named Hao, courtesy name Hanyang, from Lanxi County. This is Zhu Guang, and this is Lychee. Like you, they are both my servants. From now on, call me Young Master."
Old Turtle bowed and addressed him as Young Master. He then greeted Zhu Guang and Lychee. One look was enough to tell that he was an old hand, shrewd and worldly.
Jiang Hao looked at the lotus pond and asked, "Why
