Jiang Hao left the city and walked two or three li down the dirt road leading to the herbal shop. There were usually few travelers here, and now Jiang Hao was the only one on the road.
Just then, a man in a magnificent Daoist robe suddenly appeared ahead of Jiang Hao. With a bulbous nose and wide mouth, he was none other than the Toad Demon, Wang Daoling.
Wang Daoling blocked Jiang Hao's path, narrowed his eyes, and drawled, "May I ask if you are Doctor Xu Xian?"
Jiang Hao showed a hint of surprise and said in disbelief, "Daoist Priest, weren't you the priest selling medicinal pills in the city just now? Why did you suddenly come here? You walked even faster than I did."
Wang Daoling chuckled. "I am a cultivator. Naturally, I possess divine abilities."
Jiang Hao put on a frightened and respectful expression, quickly cupped his hands in salute, and said, "So you are an accomplished cultivator, Daoist Priest. Please forgive my discourtesy."
Wang Daoling stroked the sparse whiskers at the corner of his mouth. Jiang Hao was truly afraid he would pluck out the few remaining strands. Wang Daoling stared at Jiang Hao, his expression suddenly becoming incomparably grave.

Jiang Hao shuddered at Wang Daoling's words and hurriedly asked in fright, "Daoist Priest, what disaster?"
Putting on the airs of an expert, Wang Daoling flicked his sleeve and said, "Your Yintang is dark, and Demonic Aura has gathered at your mystical gate. There must be demons in your home. Demons harm people, and your life may be in danger. Naturally, a great calamity is approaching."
"Demonic Aura? How could I possibly have Demonic Aura on me? You must be mistaken, right?" Jiang Hao asked
