Old Supreme Kai Walking on Thin Ice

"The Z Sword carries the aura of Destroyer energy. Without strength at the level of Super Saiyan 2 or above, it cannot be pulled out."

Chaya silently assessed the situation. Back then, Beerus might have merely stuck it in on a whim, but the Destroyer energy wrapped around the divine sword had stumped every Supreme Kai. For countless years, no one had met the requirements to pull it free.

"It's out... the ultimate divine sword that represents the Supreme Kais." Kibito stared blankly.

East Supreme Kai's face lit up with delight. "Great! With this sword, we'll definitely be able to defeat Majin Buu."

Defeat Majin Buu with that sword? Chaya glanced at East Supreme Kai and shook his head. The material used to forge the Z Sword was indeed tough, but what had made it invincible for so many years was the Destroyer energy attached to it. Thinking it could defeat Majin Buu was simply too naive.

"Still, this sword is quite heavy." Holding the Z Sword in his hands, Chaya weighed it and chuckled.

Then, before East Supreme Kai's horrified eyes, he held the Z Sword level, gripping the hilt with one hand and the tip with the other.

With a hard bend, there was a crack, and the Z Sword snapped cleanly into two.

"The Z Sword... broke!"

"That was the Supreme Kais' ultimate divine sword!"

East Supreme Kai and Kibito's jaws nearly dropped to the ground. They clearly could not accept the fact that the Z Sword had been snapped so easily.

"You destroyed the Z Sword!!" East Supreme Kai wailed.

"So what if I did?" Chaya did not care in the slightest.

Just then, an aged voice sounded from behind East Supreme Kai and Kibito. "Hehe, after all these years, someone has finally let me out!"
