"That depends on the era. If I were in office, I would consider it necessary. But if you or the First Hokage were in office, then there would be no need," Minato Namikaze said very seriously.
When facing his son's questions, he didn't relax in the slightest.
Naturally, he was even less likely to hold anything back.
