Background

Jiang Qihu is the son of Jiang Lie, a renowned Northern Territory general, and the younger brother of Jiang Miaoyin. Born into a military household late in Jiang Lie's life, he inherited his father's direct, stubborn temperament and displayed exceptional martial talent from childhood, defeating opponents throughout Qing Province and reaching the top five of the Prodigy Board. He originally hoped to guard the border as his father had, but the abolition of the Garrison Envoy position instead led to his placement in the Imperial City Bureau. 52 56

Although the Demon Realm believes him to be a traitor, his supposed leak of Qing Province intelligence is part of Chen Jingxuan's plan to lure out hidden enemies. 50 51 53 55

Jiang confronts King Youhai aboard the Pulu Battleship after Chu Lin admits to manipulating the Bai Ze Secret Realm crisis for his own ascension.
