Then, let Ru Qing tell our greatest friends that on this day when everyone was happy, I was silently shedding tears.
They were tears I shed after learning yesterday's final ranking on the category Moon Ticket Chart.
From the very beginning, Ru Qing said that I only hoped to hold onto a spot in the top five.
In the end, I failed to squeeze into fifth place and still finished sixth.
That was nothing much, really. I had always felt that having it would be best, while not having it would only be a little regrettable and a little disappointing—not enough to make me cry.
After all, I had always believed that I wasn't some great god. Being able to compete with those amazing authors for once was enough to satisfy me.
But after yesterday's rankings came out, I still cried.
Why?
Because in the very end, I was only one vote away from fifth place on the category Moon Ticket Chart!

What did that mean?
With double Moon Tickets in effect, wouldn't a single vote be something that could be earned in minutes?
But in the end, at midnight, I was told that I had fallen to sixth place by a margin of one vote.
My tears could practically fill the entire Pacific Ocean.
Tell me, if I had been behind by dozens or hundreds of votes, I wouldn't have felt this way. But it had to be one vote—were you deliberately trying to make me cough up three pints of blood?
Anyway, after learning the result, my heart was a mess of sour agony, so agonizingly sour that I can't even describe how badly I wanted to beat my chest and stomp my
