"Could I have another bowl?" After quickly finishing the bowl of noodles in front of her, Mona spoke somewhat sheepishly. She really had been starving.
"No problem." Noelle immediately replied with a smile.
"Seeing how deliciously you're eating, I'm getting hungry too. Noelle, get me a bowl as well." Paimon immediately spoke while clutching her stomach.
"Okay." Noelle's voice came from nearby.
"Didn't you just eat?" Lumine looked at Paimon in surprise. Back at the Jade Chamber, Paimon had eaten the most out of everyone.
"I got hungry again." Paimon gave a silly grin, making Lumine shake her head helplessly.
"I finally feel alive again." After finishing another bowl of noodles, Mona let out a long breath. This was the first time in days that she had eaten her fill.
"Ms. Alice, you've gotten me into deep trouble. If that old woman finds out I read her diary, she definitely won't let me off." Once she was full, Mona remembered her current predicament, and the energized expression brought on by a full stomach immediately fell again.
"Old woman?" Alice looked at Mona with a very kindly smile.
"I never said that. You heard wrong. Looks like I can't go back anytime soon... but what about Mora?" After a moment, Mona seemed to have made a decision, but her expression quickly sank again over the matter of Mora.
"Forget it. I'll go back to Mondstadt first and see those two old folks before deciding anything else."
In the end, Mona decided to return to Mondstadt first before considering anything else. Naturally, she was going back to see the pair of parents who had tossed her to her master and then ignored her. Her parents were Mondstadters and lived in Springvale.
