Three days later, after receiving Lumine's message, Shen Fei immediately appeared at her side with the Flying Thunder God Technique. He found himself in an underground ruin in Liyue, where he saw the Abyss Prince facing off against Lumine, along with Dainsleif standing not far from her. It seemed that Lumine, who had gone to Mondstadt in search of her brother, had still encountered him.
"A Seven Statues hanging upside down... so it was in Liyue. But the people of Mondstadt really are big-hearted. One of their Seven Statues went missing, yet no news got out."
At the same time, Shen Fei saw the upside-down Seven Statues, corrupted by the Abyss. It was a Seven Statues belonging to Mondstadt's Anemo Archon. In the real Teyvat, the Seven Statues were extremely important. They were built at key ley line nodes. One of their functions was to regulate the ley lines and prevent problems from arising; another was to absorb Wish Power, or Mortal Realm Power.
That alone showed just how important the Seven Statues were. Yet Mondstadt had lost one, and even their Anemo Archon himself did not seem to care. Such a thing would never have happened in Liyue.
"He's the one you're going to marry?" After Shen Fei appeared, the Abyss Prince Sora had been studying him without pause. But his next words left Shen Fei somewhat stunned, and he immediately looked toward Lumine.
"You refused to show yourself no matter what, so I had no choice but to use this trick. Shen Fei, hurry and catch him. I need to ask him properly what he's been doing all these years!"
Shen Fei's gaze made Lumine's cheeks flush slightly, but in the next moment, she turned toward Sora with a perfectly righteous expression.
