The continuous gunfire immediately alerted Rebecca inside the villa. She promptly had Linna take the others into the basement to hide while she grabbed a weapon and prepared to deal with the enemy.
When Shen Fei said he wanted to help, Rebecca immediately refused. The reason was simple: he was still just a child. As for the other adults, they had already begun to panic in a situation like this.
It was not as though Jill and Rebecca did not know the villa might be dangerous, but there simply was nowhere else safe in Raccoon City.
With Jill and Rebecca's abilities, escaping would have been easy if it were only the two of them. But they could not bring themselves to abandon these children.
Come to think of it, how did Rebecca in the original work escape Raccoon City? After Rebecca went outside with her weapon, Shen Fei headed straight for the armory at the very back of the basement.
At a time like this, he definitely could not hide in the basement and leave his fate to chance. If Rebecca died, he and everyone here would be finished.
The gunfire outside definitely was not coming from good people.
"Chris, you really know how to stock up." Looking at the fully stocked armory, the first weapon Shen Fei picked up was a military combat knife with a serrated edge. Unfortunately, the tactical vests inside were too large for him to wear.
"First, guns." With so many weapons laid out before him for once, Shen Fei quickly took out two thigh holsters and two waist packs, strapping them onto himself.
He then took two automatic pistols, one ordinary one and one Desert Eagle. Ordinary people could not use a Desert Eagle, but Shen Fei clearly was not among them.
Next came an assault rifle, followed by magazines. Unfortunately, there were no grenades here, or he definitely would have taken a few.
After fully arming himself, Shen Fei reached for the weapon he had wanted from the very beginning: a Barrett Sniper Rifle. This was the greatest help he could give Rebecca right now.

Based on Rebecca's file, they had thought she would be easy to handle. Unfortunately, none of them knew what Rebecca had gone through during the previous day and night.
Having survived that situation, Rebecca had already been completely transformed. Even facing Wolfpack's four elite members alone, she could not be taken down right away.
"Damn it! What kind of intelligence is this? Are you trying to get us killed?" The severe discrepancy in Rebecca's intel made Wolfpack's Captain curse furiously at High Command.

"This place isn't safe anymore. What do we do next?" Though the enemy had retreated, they definitely would not give up. The next group might have more than four people.
"Jill still hasn't returned." Rebecca was somewhat at a loss as well. With these children around, nowhere was safe to retreat to. As for abandoning the children and escaping, that was even more impossible.

The military was actually ignoring civilian casualties. Jill found it hard to believe, but that was the reality.
At the same time, a helicopter flew above Shen Fei and the others' villa, airdropping a huge Iron Canister.
"No way." Shen Fei was dumbfounded when he saw the Iron Canister falling.
