Among the Four Emperors, Kaido's favorite pastime was suicide. It had to be said that every Emperor had quite the personality: Whitebeard liked spending time with his sons, Red Hair liked traveling, and Big Mom was always eating.

As one of the Four Emperors, Kaido had no habit of carrying a Den Den Mushi around. Even if he did, no Den Den Mushi could withstand all his tossing about. Without one, naturally, no one could contact him.

Kaido had been quite at ease about that. Under normal circumstances, no one would attack his territory. Unfortunately, this time, there was an exception.

"This place really is amazing." At the entrance to Wano Country, Ada, Robin, and the others stood on the deck, staring in astonishment as countless carp emerged from the sea and carried the ship upstream along the waterfall. They had never seen anything like it before.

Ada, Robin, and the others had visited quite a few wondrous places during their journey while Shen Fei was absent, such as that island where people could walk through the sky. If they had not been hurrying to Wano Country, they might have continued on to explore even more mysterious islands.
