After Morgana attacked Huang Village, Wang Lei and Raiden Ei drove her off, leaving Morgana and Carl to investigate his powers and their connection to an unknown civilization.

• Wang Lei used his armor to kill a Taotie scout at the Feiliu District Airport, then met Angel Yan, who investigated his technology and reported his unusual abilities to Queen Keisha.
• Wang Lei traveled to Inazuma, fought Kairagi, and helped Kujou Sara’s forces purify the Mikage Furnace and the Thunder Sakura Trees’ Ley Line Congestion.
• The Raiden Shogun accused Wang Lei of trespassing, but Yae Miko intervened and tested him with the Gnosis, awakening his power to open spatial gaps.
• Wang Lei cooked a banquet for Raiden Ei and Yae Miko, received a token from Ei, then returned to Earth and acquired Aether Editing Technique.
• Wang Lei used Aether Encoding to fight Taotie attackers and Soton, then modified Angel Gene Engine fluid and took Su Mary’s Dark Iron Silver Dagger for Angel Yan.
• Wang Lei summoned Raiden Ei to defend Huang Village from Morgana, evacuated the villagers, and fought alongside Ei until Morgana escaped through a Micro Wormhole.

Wang Lei treated Rosalyne’s erosion, gained power and influence on Earth, and confronted Liangbing while preparing for the Taotie invasion. In the Star Rail world, he crossed paths with Kafka and Silver Wolf before joining Stelle’s group on Herta Space Station.

• Wang Lei revealed his secrets about the Imaginary Tree and erosion to Raiden Ei, then introduced her to Angel Yan before she returned to Teyvat.
• Wang Lei confronted La Signora in Mondstadt, took the Anemo Gnosis, and later treated Rosalyne with a Gene Engine that restored her memories and earned her a Cryo God's Eye.
• Wang Lei harvested Abyssal energy in Liyue, escaped when Kong arrived, and used his Energy Points to obtain Shuhu’s Blessing and its rapid healing.
• Wang Lei joined the Earth conference, challenged the Super God Academy and Deno Remnants over Earth’s future, and gave Huang Lao a superconducting material formula to aid Hua Xia.
• Wang Lei rejected Liangbing’s offer to join the Demons, warned her against harming Hua Xia’s people, and followed her activities before deciding to seek weapons in the Star Rail world.
• Wang Lei arrived at Herta Space Station, interrupted Kafka as she implanted a Stellaron in Stelle, and fought Kafka and Silver Wolf before his healing power let him survive a stab through the heart.
• Wang Lei found Stelle’s group under attack, destroyed the Voidrangers, claimed to be Stelle’s sibling, and agreed to meet Asta and Himeko with March 7th and Dan Heng.

Wang Lei fought the Antimatter Legion, prepared Earth for the Taotie invasion, and later traveled to Liyue with the Astral Express crew. After the Geo Archon’s apparent assassination, the Qixing and adepti struggled over what to do while Wang Lei prepared for the coming conflict.

• Wang Lei joined Stelle, March 7th, and Dan Heng to defeat the Doomsday Beast, stopped Stelle’s Stellaron rampage, and sold the beast for one billion Credits.
• Wang Lei refused to flee the Antimatter Legion, helped destroy the Doomsday Beast, and returned to Earth with a City Defense System and a Positron City-Shattering Cannon.
• Wang Lei confronted Pan Zhen and Leina on Blazing Sun Star, took weapons to Earth, and worked with Du Kao to prepare for the Taotie invasion.
• As the Taotie attacked Tianhe City, Wang Lei captured a Grand Cross, bombarded enemy forces, and helped the Super Soldier Company clear the city.
• Wang Lei convinced Leina to imprison Xuan Tianji, stored the Grand Cross in his Serenitea Pot, and traveled to Teyvat to seek power in Liyue.
• Wang Lei helped Shenhe control her energy, gathered the Astral Express crew in Liyue Harbor, and introduced them to Ying and Paimon.
• Wang Lei attended the Rite of Descension with his companions, but the Geo Archon’s corpse crashed into the ceremony and Ningguang sealed the venue.

Wang Lei helped save Liyue, revived Gui Zhong, and confronted major threats on Earth while building alliances with the Angels. He then returned to the Astral Express and helped Stelle confront Cocolia, leaving the Stellaron in Welt’s care.

• Wang Lei and his allies defeated Osial and Ba Chi, and Zhongli revealed that he had faked his death and handed over his Gnosis before Wang Lei summoned Gui Zhong back to life.
• Wang Lei brought Gui Zhong to Earth, established a research base with her, and negotiated access to Deno’s technology in exchange for laboratory support.
• Wang Lei redirected Keisha’s Solar Judgment, helped drive Morgana from Earth, and formed a research partnership with the Angels that brought Zhi Xin to Yuanxing Island.
• Wang Lei and Yan fought A Tuo, Soton, and Sno on Fereze, but Keisha died when Emerald Star exploded after appointing Yan the next Angel King.
• Wang Lei returned to Earth amid Taotie attacks, helped organize defenses with Gui Zhong, and obtained Cor Lapis-related support from Clipper while seeking a star-system radar.
• Wang Lei examined Jarilo-VI’s Stellaron as Stelle, March 7th, Dan Heng, and Seele pursued Cocolia and Bronya to Everwinter Hill.
• Wang Lei disabled the Creation Engine’s arms as Stelle and her allies fought Cocolia, then helped stabilize Cocolia after Stelle extracted the Stellaron.
• Bronya took Cocolia for treatment, and Wang Lei arranged for Welt to seal the weakened Stellaron.
