Seeing the young man at the door stride in, dressed in a way utterly mismatched with the identity of a "slum dweller," Ganatica frowned in displeasure. He had just been studying the report on the parchment.

Within the Mutual Aid Society, the young man Ganatica called Akto was no ordinary figure. If Ganatica, the Society's "founder," was unquestionably its leader, then Akto, a former street gang boss, was its second-in-command.
