The Flesh Golem Spell invented by the mage Walkerway was a rather unconventional form of Life Alchemy. It used the flesh and blood of various creatures as raw materials. Though it might be less durable than those Steel Golems, it gained a regenerative ability that most Alchemical Golems lacked, while also allowing for major alterations to its biological form!
In terms of its control core, the Flesh Golem completely abandoned the program editing of virtual souls. Instead, it used the implantation and modification of real souls as its main control unit. Implanting such a genuine soul into a Flesh Golem gave it a certain chance of retaining the traits the original creature had possessed in life, and might even allow the Flesh Golem to gain some of the Innate Spells possessed by the original soul.
But the price was—creating a Flesh Golem suddenly became much more difficult!
Punk stood inside the White Tower. The empty "living room" contained no "unnecessary" furniture. Aside from an alchemy experiment table and numerous alchemical supplies, there was not even a single chair in the entire room. Since Punk used meditation in place of sleep, he had never considered trivial, "time-wasting" matters like daily living. He was currently reading this alchemy notebook word by word with complete focus!
As he read, Punk frowned. Although creating a Flesh Golem only required conventional alchemical spells, even the system found its operational difficulty somewhat troublesome to analyze. Furthermore, unlike one-use products such as Alchemy Potions, golem construction required more precise procedures and more complicated structural adjustments. One also had to account for the extreme conditions it would need to withstand in various combat situations. These seemingly insignificant details could have an enormous impact on the finished golem.
In short, one word—difficult. Two words—very difficult. Three words—fucking difficult. (Something
