It should have possessed the most basic Legendary magic equipment properties, such as "Toughness," "Corrosion Resistance," "Automatic Recharging," and "Blocking Lesser Detection," while also being imbued with at least two or three practical Legendary Level Spells.
After all, only Legendary creations with practical combat value could be called "magic equipment." In Whisper of Destruction's view, if a magic item lacked a whole host of properties that could flexibly handle various battlefield environments and different kinds of enemies, then it had no right to be brought onto a battlefield.
The amount of water a barrel could hold was determined not by its longest stave, but by its shortest one. This theory was always worth considering.
