Afterward, Flame Chasers concluded that Chiyou had killed Immer, who had become one of the Herrscher of a Thousand.

After waking up filled with rage, Chiyou went looking for Yoshikage Kira.

But Yoshikage Kira had already gone with the others to P21 Island for the final battle against the Herrscher of a Thousand.
