Background / History

Yun Jiang was originally a man from Earth who woke after transmigrating into a nameless book abandoned in a mountain forest. The book emitted a multicolored glow whenever he awakened, eventually drawing Yun Ji to it. Yun Jiang initially believed the book was his new body, until the Family Card-Drawing Cultivation Simulation Game activated and identified him as a ghost-like consciousness within its genealogy interface. 1 2
