Science Fiction Setting of the Tai Yi Universe
The universe had infinite dimensions, but spacetime had only nine.
Dimensions one through nine were dimensional numbers. Only the "ten" in the tenth dimension was a designation, representing perfection and the ultimate. It was both the tenth dimension and Zero-Dimension: the universe itself.

The four-dimensional Tai Cube dimension had eight positive directions and was the source of the Electromagnetic Force and Strong Nuclear Force. Together, these were known as the "source of color-charge matter."
The five-dimensional Die Cube dimension had ten positive directions and was the source of Dark Matter, Spiral Force, and Surge Force. Together, these were known as the "source of sound-charge matter."
The six-dimensional Suspended Cube dimension had twelve positive directions and was the source of Divine Sense Power, the Soul Sea, and the laws of causality. Together, these were known as the "source of Soul Matter."
The seven-dimensional Luo Cube Dimension had fourteen positive directions and was the source of all mass in the universe. The source of causality could be handled like a physical object.
The eight-dimensional Extreme Cube Dimension had sixteen positive directions and was the source of all energy in the universe. Its many laws could be handled like physical objects.
