"Bro, what's wrong?" Lin Li asked when he saw Huang Ji standing in the park with a blissful look on his face.
Huang Ji opened his eyes and smiled. "Nothing. Let's head back. Get that medical license sorted out as soon as you can."
"Got it."
They returned to the hotel. Huang Ji applied makeup, made his muscles appear smaller, and took a photograph for Lin Li. Lin Li marveled at the picture, then went off to contact someone who made fake licenses.
When Lin Li returned, he found Huang Ji absorbed in a copy of the "Classic of Mountains and Seas."
Huang Ji was not just reading. He was drawing something on a sheet of paper.
Lin Li stepped closer. The drawing showed a creature with the head of a bird of prey and a humanlike body. But "creature" did not seem quite right: Lin Li could see gun barrels and other metal structures on it, and a spear of light projected from its hand.
"What's that?" Lin Li figured Huang Ji was drawing someone from the "Classic of Mountains and Seas." After all, the book was full of people with snake bodies, and birds and beasts with human bodies.
But why had Huang Ji drawn a robot? Wasn't that a little too science-fiction?
"God Shao Hao," Huang Ji said evenly.
"Huh?" Lin Li pointed at the eagle-headed robot. "That's one of the Five Emperors?"
Of course he knew Shao Hao—the White Emperor Shao Hao.
To his surprise, Huang Ji shook his head. "First, there's no such thing as the Five Emperors. Second, this is God Shao Hao, not Emperor Shao Hao."
Lin Li was baffled. "What's the difference?"
God Shao Hao, Emperor Shao Hao—weren't they both Shao Hao?
Huang Ji studied his finished drawing. "Of course they're different.
