Every Seer had a Seer Guard.

They might not match the Poor Ghost Squad in overall caliber, but their combat strength and ability to protect their charge were second to none.

Each guard unit had only ten members, yet its military strength rivaled that of a hundred thousand Quantum Sentinels.

They carried Tai Wei Hua's most advanced equipment in four categories.

In a Unified Force Civilization, many classifications had been unified as well. Distinctions between guns, cannons, and light spears no longer meant anything, because mechanical and chemical principles above the atomic scale had almost no effect on equipment performance.

For a civilization at their level, building an aircraft required no regard for aerodynamics. It could violate those principles outright with negligible effect on its performance.

Equipment therefore fell into just four categories: destructive, protective, transport, and production.

In plain terms, weapons, armor, vehicles, and factories.

The Seer Guard's weapon was called the "Planet Devourer." It sounded like a mere planet-destroying weapon, and it was—but it was far more efficient than the Milky Way's Star Destroyer Cannons. In three seconds, it could assimilate every bit of matter in a planet and turn it all into a single type of atom.

The weapon was designed specifically to counter Quantum Divine Cores. Every member of the Tai Wei Hua Race carried one as standard, as naturally as they wore clothes. Without destroying the core, it was almost impossible to kill someone with a Quantum Body; they could reconstruct and regenerate themselves inside it.

And since Quantum Divine Cores resembled tiny planets, the weapon was named the Planet Devourer.

A weapon that destroyed all the matter in a Quantum Divine Core, wiping it clean in an instant, was thus the ideal personal weapon.

Of course, that did not mean it was meant only
