• Chen Mu followed his Deification Contract across the River of Forgetfulness, drove Qian Huan through the White Jade Ghost Gate, and was pulled away from Le Dian to become a substitute Divine Lord at Qiluo Mountain.
• Chen Mu discovered that he was inside a miniature cave heaven within a City God statue and began cultivating the Lingbao Shuji Pian while projecting his Divine Sense into Luandu County.
• Chen Mu sensed the City God Dao Field implanting Yin Nether Insects in newborns and connected the insects, the Dao Field’s network, and Luandu County’s abundant harvests.

He learned he needed a Tiandu Pool to advance the Qing Nang Chapter and found an opportunity when the Dragon Locking Institute established a branch near Qiluo Mountain.

• Chen Mu forced Sun Ke to sell Fasting Pills, and Sun Ke rebuilt Pingfu Workshop until the Dragon Locking Institute uncovered the operation and Li Buxian attacked Chen Mu.
• Chen Mu defeated Li Buxian and later formed his Divine Aperture, but found that he could not escape the Statue Grotto-Heaven or locate the inheritance needed for further cultivation.
• Chen Mu discovered that Qi Refining cultivators were hidden in the City God Dao Field’s Earth Vein Apertures and suspected they were being used to build the fields.

• Chen Mu infiltrated Flying Horse Camp, mastered the Qing Nang Chapter through the Tiandu Pool ritual, and transformed his Yin Nether Insects into a Blood Sac.
• Chen Mu learned that Yuan Xian planned to seize the City God statue, defeated and seeded Yuan Xian with a Heavenly Demon Spirit Seed, then helped merge Luandu County’s forty-five vein nodes into the Earth Vein.
• Chen Mu gathered Primal Chaos Qi from Yinhun to temper his Divine Aperture, then agreed to travel to Goose Sheep Dao while rejecting Yuan Xian’s suggestion that he go to the Great Li front line.

He reached the Hai Character Tianhe Water Mansion, where Qiu Jinwu prepared to use the new Kui Niu Drum to draw the fleet into the Heavenly River Law Realm.

• After Lian Xi’s cave Prohibition collapsed and Chongmei Mountain was destroyed, Chen Mu escaped with thousands of Yin Soul Monsters and later settled at E'yang Mountain.
• Chen Mu sold beads and joined Lei Wen’s shipbuilding effort, studying the Mustard Seed Spell while refining his cultivation and helping build Water Repelling Shuttles.
• Chen Mu found Qianji Imprints on the shuttles, captured Luo Fan, and worked with Mu Long to identify and quietly handle Dagan agents before leaving Yunzhou.
• Chen Mu boarded the Pingning Hao, but a giant eye attacked the fleet, destroyed its Kui Niu Drum, and sent the shuttle crashing into the depths of the Heaven-Reaching River.
