Background / History

Huang Siyuan was born into the Taiyuan Mountain Huang Family. Her mother, a cultivator from Zheng State's Minghe Sect, had fled sectarian turmoil and met Huang Siyuan's father, Huang Xianchen, in Qinghe Market. Huang Siyuan spent her early childhood with both parents and initially received cultivation resources and guidance from the Huang Family. 163

Her circumstances changed when her mother disappeared during a journey to Qinghe Market. The Huang Family suspected abandonment, while Huang Xianchen's low standing left father and daughter increasingly marginalized. Once Huang Siyuan reached Qi Refining Layer 4, the family stopped providing substantial resources; she therefore descended the mountain to manage the Huang Family's Immortal Phoenix Tower and support her cultivation independently. 163

Elders later removed her from the tower by selecting her for a marriage alliance with the Song Family.
