Black Wind Mountain!

Black demonic clouds spread across the boundless wilderness.

There was a stretch of land surrounded by mountains on three sides. They towered high and stretched on for a thousand miles.

The area near the mountains was desolate, with barren hills and treacherous waters, muddy bogs, and swamps. The mountains were filled with towering ancient trees, their green leaves all tinged dark blue. The place looked gloomy, and demonic winds howled, roaring like vengeful ghosts wailing. It was truly terrifying.

Deep within the mountains,

to the left, poisonous clouds and miasma hung thick in the air; to the right, poisonous insects and venomous creatures crawled about with sizzling sounds. Deep ravines were scattered throughout the mountains, with babbling streams flowing through them. The whole place was dark, with stone caves standing everywhere and grotesque rocks jutting out. Several muddy swamps and deep pools, each more than a dozen miles across, bubbled loudly. Rotten grass and sludge had accumulated within them, fermenting and decaying until their stench was nauseating.

Beside one of the muddy swamps and deep pools, however, a green bamboo grew.

Beneath the green bamboo, in the depths of the pool, a carp swam to and fro.

From time to time, the carp surfaced and opened its mouth to blow bubbles, enveloping the green bamboo and keeping the poisonous clouds and miasma outside. The green bamboo swayed, shaking down leaf after leaf into the pool. The leaves purified the water and forced all the poisonous insects and creatures away.

Perhaps a year passed.

Perhaps ten years passed.

Rumble!

The winds and clouds changed in the heavens, while fish and dragons danced below.
