Naruto defeated Madara, thwarted the White Zetsu army, and handled threats across the nations while pursuing peace agreements. The arc ended with Mōryō escaping its seal and Shion awakening inside its purple sphere as Naruto remained unharmed.

• Naruto retrieved Kushina’s soul from the Pure Land, restored Rin to her body, and escorted Kazahana Koyuki home, helping her reclaim the Land of Snow.
• Tobirama exposed Danzo’s crimes, and Naruto used Kotoamatsukami to make Danzo face punishment while Kabuto summoned the former Kage and Madara.
• Naruto defeated Madara and sent his soul back to the Pure Land, but Madara revived himself and stole Obito’s Rinnegan before Naruto defeated him again and brought him to Konoha.

• Naruto destroyed Mōryō, restored Shion, and learned that Jiraiya was weighing the Great Toad Sage’s warning about him.
• Jiraiya returned to Konoha, where Tsunade rejected his plea to forgive the former villagers and shinobi, and he later took the Hokage seat as the old regime’s crimes came to light.
• Urashiki sent Boruto and Sasuke into the past, where Sasuke encountered his mother Mikoto and Naruto awakened an unusual Rinnegan.
• Naruto defeated Toneri, stopped the moon, and confronted Kaguya, taking her to Konoha after extracting her power and origin.
• Obito fought Jiraiya and the Mount Myōboku toads, but Naruto took control of Obito’s body and turned the battle into a feast and a reckoning for the toads.

Naruto traveled from Shikkotsu Forest to the world of One Piece, where he confronted Kizaru and gathered Hancock, Bonney, Nami, and Robin before returning to his own world. He rescued Sara in the past, strengthened Shikkotsu Forest’s barrier, and discovered that the Sage of Six Paths was trying to control him.

• Naruto investigated the strange force beyond Shikkotsu Forest’s barrier, rescued Uryū’s village from the Sky Ninja, and entered the world beyond the barrier with Mei Terumī.
• Naruto fought Kizaru at Sabaody Archipelago, trapped him in Chibaku Tensei, and left with Bonney and several others as the Marines set a four-billion-Berry bounty on him.
• Naruto removed Hancock and her sisters’ slave marks, promised to return for Hancock, and took Nami, Robin, Bonney, and Mei Terumī away from Sabaody.
• Naruto traveled through the Dragon Vein to the past, exposed Anrokuzan’s deception in Rōran, rescued Sara, and helped seal the Dragon Vein before returning to his time.
• Naruto strengthened Shikkotsu Forest’s barrier with Dragon Vein Chakra and brought Sara and the others to Konoha, while Kushina and Kaguya went to the moon.
