The team finished third and received qualification certificates and noble titles as the Grand Finals approached.

• Flender warned Shrek Academy about the elemental academies, and Shrek finished the tenth round undefeated before preparing to face Blazing Fire Academy.
• Tang San took Yu Xiaogang’s Spirit Medicines before the match, while Dai Mubai led Shrek against Blazing Fire Academy’s coordinated attacks and Huo Wu’s fire skills.
• Dai Mubai and Ma Hongjun countered Blazing Fire Academy’s flames, prompting Huo Wu to concede Shrek’s victory.
• Shrek Academy’s substitutes faced Canghui Academy, whose Seven Asura Illusion incapacitated both teams and left Tang San temporarily blind in one eye.
• Liu Erlong and Yu Xiaogang protected the injured students from Salas’s investigation, and Yu Xiaogang used the Pope’s Token to make Salas withdraw.

Shrek Academy began the Heaven Dou Empire Qualifying Rounds, with Xiao Wu and Dai Mubai securing early victories before Huo Wu ended Dai Mubai’s run. Ma Hongjun then turned Shrek’s match against Plant Academy around, and his fight with its final strong competitor remained underway.

• Xue Ye moved the Qualifying Rounds to the Royal Hunting Grounds and promised spirit beasts to the three students with the most victories.
• Shrek Academy arrived at the Royal Knights’ camp, where Ning Fengzhi visited, reunited with Ning Rongrong, and revealed she would become the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect’s next heir after graduating.
• At the opening of the Qualifying Rounds, Flender named Xiao Wu, Dai Mubai, and Ma Hongjun as Shrek’s first contestants.
• Xiao Wu defeated five Barak Academy contestants, and Lovesick Heartbreak Red shielded her from poison before its golden-red glow overwhelmed her opponent.
• Dai Mubai defeated six Blazing Fire Academy contestants before Huo Wu used Ring Fusion to beat him, leaving both fighters in need of treatment.

Shrek Academy dominated the end of the Qualifying Rounds, then traveled to Spirit City for the Grand Finals. After gaining two byes and crushing Divine Might Academy, Shrek watched the Heaven Dou Royal Academy face Spirit Hall Academy, whose unfamiliar front-line fighters gave Gu Xuan pause.

• Ma Hongjun defeated the Crimson Flame Thorn Spirit Master while showing mercy, and Huo Wu later kissed Dai Mubai to repay him for saving her.
• Shrek Academy extended its winning streak, with Xiao Wu defeating Thunder Academy fighters through careful evasion before both she and Lei Dong fell from the arena.
• Shrek completed the Qualifying Rounds undefeated and traveled to Spirit City, where Yu Xiaogang visited Bibi Dong and asked for help with Tang San’s Twin Martial Souls.
• In Spirit City, Flender explained the Grand Finals format and assigned Gu Xuan to direct Shrek’s first match, but Blazing Fire Academy withdrew and gave Shrek byes in the first two rounds.
