Background

The Misty Auction House was awarded to Lin Ziyi by the Myriad Worlds Auction System alongside his God-tier Martial Soul, the Myriad Heavens Auction Hammer. Its first form was an enclosed space of black mist containing a raised circular auction stage and ten numbered red wooden chairs. Lin could enter it by calling on the System, whereupon black mist engulfed and transported him. 1

For its inaugural auction, the System matched and summoned ten qualified bidders into the house. The venue immediately established itself as a place where even peak Douluo-level guests could neither leave their seats nor use Soul Power, Spirit Bone Skills, or self-created abilities. 2

Following the first completed event, the auction house upgraded to Level 2. Its enlarged hall gained one hundred seats and a spotlight that Lin could direct at will, while participants received access to the emergency invocation, “Praise the Mist.” 6

As its auctions became known across the continent, the Misty Auction House developed a reputation for selling treasures unavailable on the Douluo Continent. Its invitations remained controlled by the System's matching process, preventing outside factions from reliably discovering how to gain entry. 36

After reaching Level 3, the house granted Lin broader travel privileges. Later, it also gained the ability to proactively contact any past participant and teleport directly to their location, without requiring them to invoke the emergency spell. 62 133

Appearance

The Misty Auction House is an obscured space dominated by dense, shifting black mist. At its original scale, visibility extended only around twenty meters from the central platform; everything beyond appeared as an impenetrable black expanse. 1

• A circular auction platform, ten meters in diameter and raised one meter above the surrounding floor, is carved with complex patterns. 1

Participant Summoning

The System selects auction items and matches suitable bidders, then transports them into the venue through pillars of light. Lin initially learned that anyone meeting the bidding requirements could be summoned regardless of their location. 1 2

Auction Contracts

Every completed sale establishes an auction protection contract through the Myriad Heavens Auction Hammer. 3
