Ron watched his brothers roughhousing as they disappeared from view. When he turned back, he found his best friend looking gloomy.

"What's wrong?" he asked, walking over with concern.

"Nothing." Harry shook his head, took out the letter, and handed it to Ron. "Just feeling a little sad."

Ron took the letter, gave it a cursory glance, then promptly handed it back to Harry as though avoiding trouble.

"Of course it does! Bloody hell!" Ron pressed Harry's shoulders with a sympathetic expression. "Dark Wizards don't listen to reason. He definitely knows that his sister abandoned their parents and him because of someone named Harry Potter... and you, my brother, are also named Harry Potter..."

"And then?" Harry still hadn't caught the point.

"Merlin's beard!" Ron clutched his head. "I can't guarantee what he'll say when he learns you're also called Harry Potter... Something like, 'Mr. Potter, do you think my sister would mourn for you?'
