After dozens of infected rushed into the hospital in a single file, they immediately found themselves overwhelmed.
After several rounds of rules, places like hospitals had also been turned into gathering points.
The first-floor lobby still had many sandbags that had previously been used to block Living Dead. The useless promotional boards, reception desks, and even security scanners had all been dismantled and thrown away, clearing out as much space as possible for supplies and equipment.
In the past, people would follow the signs to the appropriate department when visiting a hospital. But now that the hospital had been remodeled, all the directional signs had been removed, leaving the dozens of people utterly lost.
"Where's the blood draw room?"
"I don't know which floor that woman is on. Are we supposed to search floor by floor?"
When people acted under the pressure of survival without careful planning or thought, this was the sort of situation they ended up in.
Even if they forced their way past a few guards and broke in, they had no proper plan for what to do next.
"Listen up, anyone who has unlawfully entered the hospital!" The hospital loudspeaker suddenly blared, and a stern voice came through. "You have committed a serious crime. Stop immediately!"
"We just want to live! Is that a crime too?!"
"The hospital app on our phones." Someone recalled past hospital visits. "It has location guides for every department."
"That's too slow. Split up and search every room!"
As soon as those words fell, several people immediately took out their phones to look it up, while the others spread out across the first floor and began searching room by room.
The hooded man who could make metal objects explode was also holding a phone, but he was not looking anything up.
