The Bane Family was located north of the city, right at the foot of the rocky hill. Looking up, one could see the Spider Temple and Combat Tower atop the hill.

This Drow family, as ancient as Malsubray itself, occupied an enormous area and had the most members. When Rayne led his forces inside, they immediately encountered fierce resistance from a large number of enemies.

Slave armies, Gray Lizard Cavalry, and Drow Warriors, led by several priests of Lolth, either formed defensive lines to resist head-on or used their familiarity with the terrain to launch sneak attacks. If they had been any other Drow family in Malsubray, they might well have been pushed back and annihilated.

However, these resistances were completely incapable of standing against Rayne.

Rayne did not even need to act personally. With a squad of Extreme Warriors leading the charge and Explosive Bullet Guns clearing the way, the Bane Family's defensive line was dismantled with ease.

The Saint Gun Knights covered the area with firepower from the air while maintaining their distance, giving the enemy no chance to launch a sneak attack.

Those few legendary priestesses were also smashed to death by Rayne.
