Rayne left the projection room but did not leave.
He waited in the hall of Wizerland High Tower for several minutes. Ansiwodoss also emerged from the projection room, glanced at his student with the same stern expression he had worn during the meeting, and walked step by step to the back of his desk before sitting down.
"Teacher."
Rayne stood before the desk, as respectful as ever.
Seeing his posture, Ansiwodoss's expression softened slightly. At last, he nodded and said, "Don't just stand there. Sit."
Rayne sat as instructed.
Ansiwodoss studied Rayne carefully, as if meeting him for the first time. This student he had watched grow up somehow felt both familiar and strange.

Ansiwodoss felt helpless. It was all because he had misunderstood. Who could have imagined that someone would sell a Floating City? Even though Rayne had said it to his face, few people believed it even now. Before the High Council adjourned, the Soul Saint Wizards had already argued themselves hoarse.
Such enormous profits and opportunities had attracted everyone's attention.
The Soul Saint Wizards no longer cared at all why Rayne had refused to enter the High Council, nor did they want to ask why he did not want the Floating City.
Rayne's move had been truly brilliant!
Ansiwodoss rubbed his forehead and could not help complaining, "Why didn't you discuss such a major matter with me?"
This was a Floating City!
Even if it did not
