Rayne unconsciously changed the way he addressed him, narrowing the distance between them. With complete confidence, he asked, "I heard that you once visited the Hess White Tower?"

"Yes, I visited it three times." Tim Kenan nodded.

The Hess White Tower was the first high tower in the world. It had stood for more than seven thousand years, collecting the crystallized wisdom of the Elf Mages since the Second Era. The sheer volume of magical knowledge within the tower was probably difficult to match even if all eight of the Empire's Floating Cities were combined.

Every Spellcaster in the world yearned to visit the Hess White Tower, hoping to find the answers to their own magical paths within it.

However, the Hess White Tower was almost never open to non-elves.

Even among Elf Mages, only the most outstanding geniuses and Legendary Mages could enter. Tim Kenan had been able to visit three times, clearly because of his status as a Soul Saint Wizard.

The strength of a Soul Saint Wizard was comparable to that of an Archmage. Neither was superior to the other, so they naturally received the elves' recognition.

Every member of the High Council had visited the Hess White Tower.

Rayne smiled. Under Tim Kenan's puzzled gaze, he suddenly said, "Master, since you've visited the Hess White Tower, you must have heard of the Hess Magic Array?"

As he spoke, he took a magic notebook from the Nebula Ring.

The notebook was not thick, and there were no words on its cover.

Yet Tim Kenan's expression changed. He understood what Rayne meant and asked, "Is the Hess Magic Array recorded in this?"

"Exactly."

Rayne opened the first page of the notebook, revealing a complicated Rune Array.

Beside it were dense annotations in the High Elf language.
