From the end of the Third Era until now, more than 3,700 years had passed. Tisibia's glory had long since vanished into the endless river of time, and almost nothing resembling Elven architecture could be identified amid the remaining ruins. In its place was a Netherfiend tribe.

Tisibia covered a vast area, and the Netherfiend tribe occupied only a small portion of it.

Netherfiends were not skilled builders. Most of the tribe's structures used materials found on-site, with the stone foundations of Elven buildings dismantled for construction and combined with logs to make crude houses.

Most of these houses were concentrated on Tisibia's western side. A broad river flowed there, originating in the Balechia Mountains. It was called the Boke River. Its waters flowed eastward before turning south at Tisibia and emptying into the sea hundreds of miles away.

The Netherfiend tribe had been built along the riverbank, stretching for ten miles.

At this moment, many of the Netherfiend armies that had just escaped from the battlefield had already withdrawn here. However, because it was too close to the Draweil Peninsula, they did not stay long. After reorganizing, they continued retreating south.
