The Birth of a Double Agent

For a figure like Stussy, turning her into a double agent would be incredibly easy. As long as one held leverage over her, there would be no fear of her disobeying orders.

Of course, expecting her to be truly loyal is impossible, but aren't Brulee and Violet here?

As long as her memories can be checked at any time, combined with mind-reading, even if she harbors any ulterior motives, they would be completely useless.

After listening to Minos's dissuasion, Katakuri slowly lowered his raised hand.

"Indeed, the benefits of turning her into a double agent far outweigh killing her. However, how do you intend to get a hold of her leverage?"

Minos smiled slightly. "As for that, don't forget, she is an agent of the World Government."

"For a crumbling organization like the World Government, making its own agents turn against it is simply too easy!"

"Brother Katakuri, just watch me!"

Stussy slowly opened her eyes. The confusion in her gaze vanished in an instant. She flipped over and stood up, looking at the few people standing in the room with a face full of wariness.

However, once she saw who they actually were, Stussy's expression shifted slightly. She lowered her defensive stance and revealed a soft smile.

There was no helping it; Stussy wasn't a fool. Among the people opposite her, Katakuri and Charlotte Smoothie were both towering figures standing there with their arms crossed, watching her! These questions flashed through Stussy's mind in an instant. In the Pirate World, there are countless strange and bizarre abilities, and the World Government is a tangled web of internal factions, not exactly a tightly knit organization. Intelligence leaks are really not all that surprising.

She didn't know where her information had leaked from. Her only thought now was to save her own life!

Katakuri watched Stussy coldly. Seeing her eyes darting around, and although she was forcing herself to remain calm, her trembling limbs and rapidly pounding heart betrayed her bravado.

At this moment, he couldn't help but admire Minos's idea. Clearly, this Queen of the Pleasure District was not someone who would choose death over submission.

"Alright, I'm ready, Miss Stussy." Minos held a giant banner in his hands, looking at Stussy with a beaming smile. "Tell me, do you want to live or die?"

After glancing at the banner Minos brought over, Stussy immediately gasped. "You... are you trying to get me killed?"

The banner was covered in insults: "Celestial Dragons eat sh*t," "morons," "water on the brain"... along with a pile of abusive language, as well as several crossed-out Hoof of the Soaring Dragon marks and World Government flags.

Even for an ordinary pirate, daring to provoke the World Government and the Celestial Dragons like this would result in being hunted down frantically by the Marines and the World Government. For a CP0 agent like her, once this photo was taken and leaked, the Marine Admirals and the Chief of the CP organization would likely drop everything they were doing and hunt her down until she was dead!

If this were a more enlightened organization, filing a report after returning wouldn't be much of a problem. But is the World Government the type of enlightened organization to do that?

No matter how many merits she earned, or even if she dismantled the Charlotte Pirates, if these pirates leaked this photo, she would absolutely be dead.

"That depends on your own choice, Miss Stussy." Minos waved his hand with a smile. "Regardless, I can guarantee that if you don't take this photo, you are as good as dead right now, and I promise your death will be incredibly miserable."

Regardless, Stussy quickly recognized her situation. She soon composed herself, resolutely held up the banner, and had several photos taken.

Minos didn't pay much attention to what happened afterward, though he did keep one photo for himself—with this thing in hand, ordering around the Queen of the Pleasure District in the future would be far too easy.

Although Minos had chosen to expose Stussy's identity on Cake Island partly with the intention of using the Charlotte Pirates to help shoulder the burden—if it hadn't been for the Katakuri brothers last time, he would have been thrown to Punk Hazard and captured by Kizaru long ago.

As for the matter of Stussy, the members of the Charlotte Family unanimously decided not to tell Charlotte Linlin immediately. Big Mom's temperament was far from pleasant; telling her about such a thing before the birthday banquet would very likely cause her to explode on the spot and strangle her "good sister" Stussy to death.
