Purpose

When Kabuto confronted Black Earth, three figures leaped out of Turtle Island's mouth: Yamato, Aoba, and Motoi. Kabuto turned back confidently, but his expression immediately grew grave.

"Aoba is here too..." Kabuto frowned slightly. He did not think much of Yamato, but Aoba would be difficult to deal with. After all, he was a Konoha jonin.

"Don't show yourselves so sluggishly at a time like this. The few of us are enough to handle him!" With reinforcements arriving, Black Earth became even more arrogant.

"That girl... she's the Tsuchikage's granddaughter, isn't she?" Aoba said in surprise upon seeing Black Earth.

Kabuto smiled, turned, and walked toward the three of them. "Since you've come out, take me to Naruto!"

"I'll wash the powder over and capture him!" Black Earth suddenly formed Hand Seals and spat at Kabuto. "Water Style: Water Trumpet!"

Kabuto leaped backward, avoiding the Water Trumpet's attack and landing on the scattered lime cement. What he had not expected was for the Water Trumpet to merge with the lime cement on the ground, creating fast-setting concrete. The water spread it outward, and it rapidly hardened, trapping Kabuto in an instant.

"To be safe, I'll add another layer!" Black Earth chewed a few times, then spat several more mouthfuls of lime cement at Kabuto, wrapping up half his body.

"Excellent! Victory is ours!" Motoi shouted excitedly.

"I'll extract the intelligence!" Aoba said happily as well.

Yamato immediately formed Hand Seals. "Then I'll build you a bridge." He extended one hand, and his arm transformed into a wooden bridge that connected to Kabuto.

Aoba walked across the wooden bridge to Kabuto, crouched down before him, and said, "Honestly... the more I look at you, the more you resemble Orochimaru."
