Background / History

Yuexi escaped the Land of Water and was found by the Kurama Clan starving and near death. Unlike Hong Lian, who had been bought by the clan, Yuexi responded to her rescue with gratitude, respect, and absolute obedience. Ming Jing chose her as his personal deputy and brought her into the Kurama Clan training camp. 5

At the Ninja Academy, Yuexi excelled at ninjutsu, taijutsu, and combat studies; only Itachi Uchiha could rival her academic performance in their year.
